Organization

I get excited every year when fall comes around. I start to get the cleaning organizing streamlining bug. So I have been working on ways to simplify my life and I thought I would share with all of you some of the things I came up with. I added a bar to the right with links to the files that make my life a whole lot easier. Take a look and let me know what you think. I made a master grocery list, a monthly budget tracker and a weekly schedule. These tools come in handy when making goals to work toward the Prophet's counsel on budgets and food storage too. Im working on a food storage file and I will post that when Im done.

Dinner

October 28

For our last barbecue of the season we had hamburgers, fries, fruit salad, rootbeer, and apple crisp, all american. Wes' favorite activity lately is to play the harmonica with dada. I did flowers for a wedding this weekend.

Fall Color

This week we, well John pushed Wes in the stroller while they watched me, plant some violas and kale to brighten up our fall and winter barren landscape. It's snowing right now and Im afraid it has become coat weather, sort of sad, kind of exciting.

I took Wes to the doctor this week for his 6th month shots and it looks like he hasn't been gaining weight like he used to, it may be time to switch to bottles.

Pumpkin Day

October 15
We took a trip to the pumpkin patch for family night, I don't think Wes really understood what was going on but he liked touching the pumpkins! We saw a field of sheep on our way home and one little black lamb that was so cute

All Clean

Our big purchase this week was a high chair for Wes, we should have gotten it sooner, he loves it. Sorry for the bare bum, we couldn't help ourselves, there is just something about a freshly clean baby.
