Wes can't walk but he can talk, he learned how to say fish and hot this week (he whispers 'hot' very carefully). I think he is up to about ten words now, still no mom, mama, or mommy.




I found these funny pictures in the camera. Wes won't get off something unless he can feel the floor underneath him before he has to let go. He will climb the coffee table and then just lay there til we come get him. He is only an inch away! Silly!

I need to make something

Does anyone want to come over and make this stuff with me? Rose when you get back we are going to have a craft day, all day. I want to make these . . .

make these pillowcase dresses if I had girls. They are so cute. I just got some cute pillowcases from downeast for $3 just to use for the fabric, it beats $9/yard at the store.

Busy

Wes has become such a busy boy, he is always pulling out dishes, books, kleenex, or toys and putting them in the funniest places. Yesterday he put some kleenex (used) in John's scriptures and in my sock drawer, and dishes in the tub.

Birthday Boy!

Yesterday was Wes' first birthday. We had his grandparents and aunts and uncles over for a yummy lunch, presents and a doggie cake. It was fun to watch him open his presents tearing little tiny pieces of wrapping paper off at a time, so John opened the rest for him. He loves having new toys around now instead of rattles and teethers. He had fun eating his cake and ice cream and then had a bath. We sat around the table and worked on Nathan and Chelsea's invitations, it was a fun day.
