Kids

I love this picture of all three kids. I love being a mom, and now that we have all settled into a good schedule it is so much more enjoyable. We just need to come up with some good winter activities before the kids die of boredom.

It's always fun to find your kids jumping on the bed without their clothes on.

Pre Holiday Pictures

Before we headed off to Idaho we had some fun decorating our tree and making Christmas cookies. Most of our other decorations ended up back in boxes after a few were broken by curious hands. We also ended up taking our tree down a little early when the kids knocked it over twice.

A few things the kids have said lately:

When we asked Wes what he wanted for Christmas he told us: "I want a white shirt like dad has to sleep in."

For about a week Mae kept telling us that her blankie and bunny were "growing a beard" then we figured out that she was only saying it when she was looking for them. Then we figured out that what she really meant was that they had "disappeared"

Dance Party Bowling Style

We had such a fun Christmas. Lot of fun things happened but the bowling party was definitely a favorite. This is our first attempt at editing video from our camera, check it out.

Baby V

So, Vera is almost two months now and these pictures were taken when she was one month, and, no, I haven't taken any pictures since then, which is pretty sad, and pathetic of me. But she has been such a sweet and fun baby. She sleeps 8-9 hours at night, smiles for us, and is starting to coo now. I took her to the doctor yesterday and she weighed in at 12 pounds, in the 80th percentile, and is a regular healthy baby. She is so fun to be around and I just can't stop looking at her beautiful perfect little face, she really is so precious.

Family Time

We have done a ton in the last month. We took a trip down to Southern California and spent a few days with Joel, Natalie and Lauren. Wes, Mae, and Lauren played so well together and it was fun to hang out. Then we headed over to Newport beach where my family rented a beach house for the week of Thanksgiving. It was a little cold and windy but the boys just wore wet suits and I ended up staying in the house most of the time with the baby and kids. Then we headed up to Sacramento for Thanksgiving where we saw my aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. It was super fun. This is pretty much the only picture I got from the last month, Im really slacking on taking pictures lately.
